Re: Ford 4.9l *straight six* cam bearing question
At the least, replace cam bearings and inspect the cam journals. Maybe wise to check the align-bore of cam bore. May need shorter pushrods; check valve train geometry . Since it has a timing gear setup check the mesh. Login to read more. ![]()
