I have never seen a bad cat flag a lazy O2 code however, I have seen many times a lazy O2 code suspend a cat code. Bet once you get this fix (if ever) you will get a P0420. Can't say for sure tho...could be an air leak in the exhaust just before O2B1S1 causing... Login to read more.
