Hi Gery. I looked in Service Information and it looks like B1676 can set if voltage to the BCM is below 10 volts or above 17 volts. They also mention testing the grounds for the BCM in the PPT for that DTC. Keep us updated on what you find. This will be an in... Login to read more.
