As per experience on any vehicle especially on these 5.4L when misfire occurs, only when vehicle is at operating temp it ends up being a spark plug. You can try swapping spark plug #4 with number 1 cyl. and coil #4 with 2 cyl. Drive to reoccur misfire recheck ... Login to read more.
