Hi Gary,

Measure voltage between pin 1 and pin 2 KOEO, should be 5v. Pin 2 has 5v also, but is a bias from ecm. Sounds like your ground is O.K. Confirm TPS failure with ohmeter between TPS pins 1-3,... Login to read more.
