Seeing as I am unfamiliar with Mopar I am unsure exactly what you need to know but I will give it a shot... I know on certain Fords with a good TPS, you would see a DVOM reading of 1.0 to 4.0 volts KOEO (closed to open throttle). Sounds like a bad TP... Login to read more.
