Hi Don, In your original post you said it didn't have a fuel pressure regulator in the intake I misunderstood and took it to mean in the rail which I thought was odd. Yes, if that diaphragm is leaking it will do crazy things. I wouldn't expect it to have a dea... Login to read more.
