Sounds like it is a bad wheel bearing. Check all 4, the noise can be quite deceiving. Throw those chassis mic's in the garbage. I have never had to do anything with rear differentials other than change dirty dual pump fluid to free up a sticky clutch pack. Thi... Login to read more.
