For problem #1- Cut the sprocket with a cut off wheel and crack the sprocket. You will have to replace it obviously. Make sure to specify which PCM the car has (SBEC or NGC) as the timing marks are different. I've done a ton of 2.7 timing chain jobs. Really th... Login to read more.
