A quick look at the diagram revealed that the fuse (27) feeds instrument panel at c220c pin 4 which goes to 3 diodes.A leaking diode here would feed out thru C2 or C3 to (S220 or S222) depending which diode is bad, which also feeds both the GEM and Instrument ... Login to read more.
