As was posted, a KAM reset will force the issue immediately... also, a Baro update on most Fords(Snap Wide open throttle accel for minimum 2 seconds, may have to do it 3 or 4x will also wake up lazy LTFT and get it to start self adapt much quicker than leaving... Login to read more.
