I have had a few of these where the downstream o2 harness falls down and rubs on drive shaft causing o2 signal to be shorted to 12 volts fries pcm instantly.

Also have had bad injectors and bad coils do this. Possible bad ground? I did also one time smoke a... Login to read more.
