So an update. I got a chance to look at the car again in the afternoon yesterday.

the CTS is good and reads fine. The CTS, IAT (in the MAF), and IAT2 (in the boost sensor) all read with in 5 deg F of each other on cold start up. From there the CTS never glit... Login to read more.
