Re: Oil in coolant
We fixed a Monte Carlo of the same vintage by replacing the timing cover gasket. For oil to get in the coolant, oil pressure must be higher than the cooling system for this to happen . The heads on that engine have no pressure lubrication, so head gaskets real... Login to read more. ![]()
