I had a ford ranger come in with the oil pan gasket pushed out of the front of the oil pan, i think it was a 3.0L.. Anyway on that truck the trans has to come out to get the pan out. Installed a new gasket from NAPA, which was the blue rubber with metal bushin... Login to read more.
