I did say, 'in most cases". It doesn't mean "in all cases". If Sam Walton or Bill Gates drives his immaculate '93 Caprice into my shop, they would get a different approach than Billy Joe Jim Bob, 'Lizabeth, and the 5 boys from 3-7 years old.
