once you remove 4 bolts to remove actuator housing, electrical plug for switch and vent tube. i put the housing in a vise just snug. then remove the 3 e-clips, and use screwdriver to pry the actuator diaphram out of the aluminum housing straight out. it does n... Login to read more.
