2001 Ford 4.6L and 5.4L premature engine failures.

Our fleet has 2 F150's. One has a 4.6 and the other has a 5.4. Both started producing EXCESSIVE blue smoke in the first 1,500 miles of operation. Both received new engines under warranty. We have a 92 Crown Vic with a 4.6 and over 100,000 miles and no problems... Login to read more.
