I beg to defer, the tools I listed, I-Flash and Cardac, can re-write the vin on a Chrysler pcm. I have done the procedure countless times. The Chrysler tools, (wiTech, DRB3) are not capable of rewriting vin. I still recommend obtaining an I Flash or Cardac and... Login to read more.
