What brand pads? I had the same problem with a Chevy Express using pads from AZ. New rotors, new calipers, could not assemble for love or money. Ordered and replaed with OE pads, no issue. Found out later that the Duralost brand is 1mm thicker than OE. Works f... Login to read more.
