100 ton press is overkill. A 20 ton press does just fine on the gnarliest of stuff I see. The drawback to the 100 ton press would be the fiddling and awkwardness with smaller set up(pieces) on it and the excessive damage caused when one overlooks a snap ring. Login to read more.
