I did find a Used non SKIM ECM and the truck is back in the road, I tried to short the Bus line OBDII pin #2 to #4 with out success, after reading Vladimir original post I realize that He say that will not work on SKIM or SKREEN modules or systems, only on VTS... Login to read more.
