Re: Is there a faster way to deal with RERE brake shoes?
Speaking of lubing the backing plate, if the car is really old it might have grooves that cause the shoe to grab or bind. I have filled several wear areas with mig weld and flattened them back down with a grinder. A new backing plate would probably be the bett... Login to read more. ![]()
