We do not have any 6.0l's but a lot of 8.1l and 4.8l and do not remember any starter failures on the 4.8l and very low failure rate on 8.1l. As others mentioned look into how they are being used and check voltage drop at starter. Perhaps find a quality rebuild... Login to read more.
