No volts at ECM enable pin means open relay coil or no coil feed (internal TIPM), ECM grounds relay coil to engage starter, so you should have batt voltage until the switch is turned from on to crank. When cranking you should see SOME voltage on that enable pi... Login to read more. ![]()
