I would record the Mode 6 data, Unplug PCM and then plug back in after waiting a minute. If at that point you get same reading I would unplug sensor and test signal wire at PCM for Voltage. If no voltage-replace pcm. If voltage unplug PCM & Test at signal... Login to read more.
