1997 mitsubishi montero-timing
when grounding the computer/timing connecter should the timing read 5 +/- 3 or the actual timing of 15 that alldata says.the timing is not adjustable so im trying to figure out if I need to check the timing belt and cam/s alignment any Mitsubishi techs out there. thanks in advance
