Is it possible the shaft fell out from the vibration? No YMM so? Is there a damper on any flange on the shaft? Is the shaft one piece and indexed correctly? I have seen the U bolts loosen from vibration caused by a bad damper on the yoke but those were on HDs. Login to read more.
