Hi Joe, This is a stab in the dark but I have seen Hondas crank nicely and not start.. Connect a jump-box and off they go.. I think Hondas for some reason do not like partly low batts , the load from the starter robs ignition and pcm for amperage?? HTH , Josef Login to read more.
