Reductant heater/temp sensor. Can't find specs

I have this 2011 in here with a code P2043 Reductant temperature sensor ranger/performance

Running through identifix's diagnostic guide it says to check for reference voltage across pin 3 and 5 at the reductant heater assembly connector. I have 3.3V
