extended crank/no-start after refuel/fill-up

hello fellow techs.

above vehicle has an extended crank or no-start after refuel. if it sits a while it will restart. it has a code p0441 incorrect flow(and also p0171 and 174-lean). i checked the purge solenoid for vacuum and fuel signs but did not see any.... Login to read more.
