Someone else has indicated that this is a Pull-Up sensor not a Pull-Down in contrast to my assumption. I should know better by now. But, with a pull up sensor a bad sensor could cause your low voltage. Have you verified voltage at pin 3 of the cmp? Also, Nissa... Login to read more.
