My favorite one was a charging light problem on a Volvo. 2004, I think. It was charging OK, but had no comm, so it wouldn't put out the full amperage. Scope the lin bus, and have a 2 volt communication, where its supposed to be 10ish, IIRC. Luckily happen acro... Login to read more.
