I just wanted to throw it out there...I'm thinking his (my co-worker's) exhaust cam was retarded about the width of the locating pin, or less. Maybe 15 or 20 cam degrees. Some hack tried to pull it all together with the bolt, when it wasn't lined up. CMP senso... Login to read more.
