David if you have plugged converters the exhaust back pressure can make a lot of issues with cylinder misfires, egr, maf etc. Keep it basic and replace the cats or drop the exhaust and see what happens. I have seen plugged cats cause a rich o2 sensor readings.... Login to read more.
