The Actuator is fully advanced in it's @ Rest state. It retards when actuated by solenoid. If it is binding up due to age, Then make sure the hefty spring is pulling it all the way to its rest position. Also, Make certain You are @ TDC on #1. I just fought wit... Login to read more.
