SUBARU PCM REPLACEMENT
I need to replace the PCM on this outback, according to the dealer parts guy, it is plug and play, but I think it will need key programming, can anyone confirm this, do I need a factory tool or can I do it without a factory tool? thanks for your help. Login to read more.
