The manufacturer DID supply a test port for fuel pressure. It is the 16 pin DLC. Use your scan tool, and graph out the trims, o2 sensors, and engine load and take a drive. Your data will tell you whether you have a air metering problem or a fuel supply problem... Login to read more.
