Advice needed on this Jag my wife inherited several years ago and now has 40K miles on it. Most of the mileage is long road trips. Tires were replaced at 25K do to age. Basic service has been oil changes with Mobile 1 5-30. A coolant flush and brake fluid flush have been done once. I am worried about the T-chain issues. There are two other issues with the car. Only the left rear window lowers with the master control switch. All windows and sun roof will cycle with the door key. The rear view mirror is foggy and will not respond, the green light turns on and off. I am retired now and never worked on later Jags. It is a great road car and wonder if it is worth doing this expensive repair or just bail out.
