A/F sensors stay at a steady voltage. You can use trims to check reaction time.

Sometimes there is a PID "o2 sensor equivalence ratio" that will display the a/f sensor signal in the more familiar o2 sensor 0-1V. This is a calculated unit though not actual. ... Login to read more.
