Dodge 5 volt reference with key off?

Hello.

I've got a Dodge with a cam sensor issue. After a hot soak the cam signal drops out and has extended cranking then it starts with P0340. Previous shop replaced the cam sensor. I removed some tape at the connector and found all the wires were hacked in... Login to read more.
