[Ignition Failure Sensor] If the tach doesn't work, I'd scope the IFS. This is from an Optima, but I believe the system is the same, where channel 1, blue, is terminal 2, feedback to ECM & channel 3, green, is terminal 3, power to coils. Login to read more.
