Kent....I think FRED sees CKP activity and keeps the relay grounded to keep fuel pump on....NO rpm SEEN...NO RELAY grounded...NO FUEL PUMP run....The inertia switch pulls the power to the pump in a crash....Dan H. Login to read more.
