Tim, the charging device is the Delco CS130D, which is NOT PCM voltage controlled. However, the PCM, or instrument cluster, perhaps something else, turns on (excites) this alternator through the "L" terminal. A very likely suspect is an intermittent loss of th... Login to read more. ![]()
