I just had this exact same issue with a 2000 jeep grand cherokee this week. look under the steering column for the djp connector. it's a 10 pin connector with 8 pins in it. use a scope on all the pins. should have between 7-8 volts with uneven square wave patt... Login to read more. ![]()
