No communication , But CEL is on
Howdy, I had the said vehicle come in, with a CEL on, slight hesitation and slight backfire. I hooked up scan tool.. but it would not communicate. I tried 3 other scanners-no avail. I get voltage at pin 16(batt power up). Pins 4 and 5 are ground. I think that ... Login to read more.
