Agree with Andy. Ford has a TSB on the procedure for checking cam crank correlation. That being said, if it is in correct synchro then it may be a PCM. Had an F-150 with a P0340 that I couldn't get rid of to save my life. Ended up being a PCM. It was the firs... Login to read more.
