Kevin,

I took a quick, brief look at the regs for petrol vehicles in Sri Lanka. Look like a low idle test only?

CO is % by volume. Numerical value, CO idle, slow, posted is above the 3.0% or 4.5% limit. This would make sense. PPM cannot be correct.
