Just for the archives, these bolts are M14 - 1.5, DIN 10.9 with a 1.5 pitch. 21 - mm hex.

A general table of torque specs that I have suggests 180 N-M for an oil-lubricated bolt.

180 N-M = about 133 lb-ft

190 N-M = about 141 lb-ft
