In your second post you stated your fuel pressure in 60 lbs. engine off and 54 lbs. engine running. There is a problem there. Fuel pressure specs for it is 60/66 lbs. 54 lbs. with engine running is 10 lbs. low. Which will give cold starting and engine running ... Login to read more.
